I am devastated to learn that I lost my baby today.. I went in for a check because I had some cramping and light spotting and the sonogram showed that his heartbeat stopped beating at 7 weeks, 1 day.. this is my second pregnancy and first lost.. I am just seeking some guidance in additional resources for support. My husband and family have all been wonderful but I don’t know that anyone can really understand what I am going through.. any kind words or things you found helpful during a loss are welcomed.. thank you ❤️
