Shocked!!

I take birth control and have never missed a day! I have had a migraine for 5 days and nothing was getting rid of it so I decided to test to rule it out. Well… I am SHOCKED! I have no idea how far along I am. I never got my period on the pill. I’m in disbelief.

Any tips on relieving this migraine??
