Stomach constantly hurts

I’m 7 weeks now and for the last 3 days my stomach has been constantly hurting. It feels almost like trapped gas and nausea together and idk how to relieve it or if i should call the doctor already. I haven’t thrown up yet just stuck with a constant stomach ache. anyone else experience this?
