Passing clots &tiny pieces of tissue

I’m currently 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant, I have been spotting on and off 14 days straight.. with passing clots starting about 6 days ago. I’ve also passed tiny pieces of tissue.

Blood will vary from light pink then go bright red back to dark brown, dr has said sometimes the placenta will detached from the uterus and cause some bleeding.. this is my second pregnancy. I had my son 18 months ago.

Im wondering if anyone has spotted this long and passed clots etc and still gone on the have a successful pregnancy… needing words of expierences

I have had two ultrasounds and each time baby has grown perfect to my due date and heartbeat was strong second ultrasound (first one they said heartbeat was a little low)
