Braxton Hicks, Ulcer, Gallstones???😵‍💫

I’m sorry if this is a dumb question. Should I be concerned if I have a burning pain in my stomach near the top of my belly (especially after I eat) and crampy feelings every now and then on my lower stomach?

Baby boy is kicking and moving a lot as normal. My mom said it could be gallstones or an ulcer. Should I call my obgyn in the morning? Or wait until my appointment on the 5th since baby is still moving around normally?
