Abortion pills still pregnant

I had an medical abortion on Monday two hours after I started bleeding with small clots basically like a regular period, by today they got really heavy but no clots so I went to the ER and they did an ultrasound and the embryo is still there with a heartbeat and my cervix is open. I’m not sure I want to continue with the abortion anymore as I think it was just meant to be. But I have read that it’s likely to have abnormalities. Idk if I even can still keep it. I’m stuck and don’t know what to do.
