Help?
Alright ladies, this is my first month using OPKs and tracking bbt. Did not start tracking bbt until day 15 of cycle cause I was waiting on my thermometer to get here. I’m trying really hard to temp at the same time as soon as I wake up but due to life issues I haven’t been sleeping so I’ve just been trying my best with that. Any advice for a newbie like me or help reading my charts would be appreciated❤️
