I need a rant 😡 Poor medical care?

So I just got off the phone with my doctor (it's 10PM) the phone call woke me up while I was trying to sleep off a headache.

- Bit of background. I've suffered with migraines since I was really young. It's in my records and I have been to A&E multiple times in the past due to their severity. 2 years ago I was finally given medication which actually works! YAY! Unfortunately I'm not able to take in during pregnancy.

This week, since Monday night, I have been suffering with a migrain attack and generally feeling unwell (colds and respiratory infections going around work). So I called in sick to work, (my head is now down to a regular headache and it is Friday).

Where I live in Spain if you are off sick you need a medical justification letter. I spoke to my midwife yesterday and he said the doctor would call today. And they did at 10PM! She said she refuses to justify my time off work for a "headache" and that it was a personal choice not to work. (Bare in mind last January I wad given justification for a common cold). I explained it wasn't just a headache and that I deal with migraines. I asked if there is atleast another treatment option other than paracetamol and she spoke to me as though I was crazy for even suggesting it during pregnancy. I'm just in shock at the way I was spoken to and treated over the phone. Am I being unreasonable?
