Progesterone supplements

Hi ladies I stopped my vaginal supplements a few days ago and still haven’t gotten my period I’m about 1-3 days late between 2 af apps I have, the only time I spot of when I have sex it’s literally when I peed then I wiped and it stopped completely, I have no cramping or anything and creamy cm but I’m not sure if it’s left over supplements I tested on the 28th and it was negative so I ended the supplements I usually have a 26-27 day cycle now on cd 29 any ladies experienced Thai before and gotten it late or should I test in about a week of it doesn’t show
