No line progression - so anxious 😢

Hi all, got my first very very faint positives on Friday, tested again Saturday night and got some progression so bought some digital tests, all have these have come back positive so far and did one last night. However my first response from yesterday and today has not progressed and my wondfo sticks have stayed very similar since Sunday. Is this a bad sign? I’m around 13dpo. Thanks 🥰
