What’s this lump ?? (TMI)

I’ve been having this weird pain directly from this lump on my pelvis. I can’t tell if it’s a hernia because where this scar is at, I got a hernia repair at the age of 4 and that was 12 years ago. But also with the achy pain, mild cramping all below my pelvis, I have had milky runny discharge to clear, very excessive, no pain though with peeing or anything, all normal, and then the discharge went away now it’s just clear which I never had. But anyways, do you guys possible know what this lump could be?
