Drink more water and stay away from things high in sodium. Do that stand or sit for long periods of time. Elevate your feet. And wear compression socks!

Stay hydrated and hope you didn't get itchy. If you get itchy, take Benadryl! 
My body got swollen while I was preg and foot was the worst swollen and itchy.
