Smega or yeast?
How can I tell the difference between smega and yeast? I have like white discharge build up between my lips and in the creases. I have very good hygeine and use just warm water to clean down there. When I clean it it's sensitive and kinda stings. I have some burning when urinating too. I have some thick discharge but not a ton, not smells either.
