Trying for 2nd child

Im looking for advise to give to my wife
If we follow the calendar on here she is 7 days missed expected period but this morning she woke up with a tiny amount of bleeding thats light pink that looks like implantation.
Despite this unless it becomes more like a period when would you test to be sure.
Anything i can do to help her as she is upset
