Any Tips Please?
I have IBS and I suffer with severe cravings.. when I mean severe, I mean SEVERE. I have to have what I’m craving, otherwise I won’t stop thinking about it. It’s kind of affecting my everyday life.. it sort of messes with your head. It gets to the point where I do actually get slightly moody if I don’t have something I’m wanting. I ALWAYS give into it, I can’t stop. If I bought takeout, I’d feel guilty after eating it, not only because I ate it but because I wasted money on it. The only time I won’t give in is if I had no cash.. that’s rare though. I’m just looking for tips or advice.. it’s so hard to live with.
