Just curious. I take it for sinus tachycardia (so just fast heart rate of unknown origin). It’ll be 110+ at rest, easily. Soo, pretty high!

I just started taking it today and it really seems to bother me.

My HR immediately went from 115 to 70. My BP dropped (not sure how low). I got extremely pale, lightheaded, dizzy, went into a cold sweat, got a bit confused and had trouble walking. Super weird but I also got extremely hungry.

The nurse blew me off and the pharmacist seems like he’d rather quit his job than answer questions so. Here I am asking for experiences lol.
