5 Weeks pregnant be bleeding

Hello Everyone,

This is my first pregnancy and I went to the doctors about two days ago and I got an ultrasound, but since the baby was so small we couldn’t see it so we switch to a transactional ultra sound and we ended up seeing the little baby. Randomly last night I had some brownish blood on my underwear and this morning when I woke up I had some blood as well. After using the restroom it was pink in the tissue. Last night I have cramping that was pretty intense but not overwhelming. This morning I have very minimal cramping so basically I’m curious is this something that is normal ? Or should I been worried. I keep telling myself not to panic unless the bleeding get heavier but I don’t know if I’m lying to myself. This is my first pregnancy ever and I’m scared I don’t want to miscarry. When we did the ultrasound my doctor said everything looked great the embryo was in its place and even saw the cord.
