Help!! Stuck Tampon!!

I went out drinking last night and don’t remember if I took out my tampon. I woke up this morning and couldn’t see it or find it when I stuck my fingers inside. I tried booking an appointment at a doctors, planned parenthood, and other obgyns and it’s all at least 2 weeks out!

I’m only on my 4th day of my period and I’m not bleeding anymore so I think if I do still have tampon it’s still collected my blood??

What should I do!!
