I’m pretty sure it’s my sciatic nerve, but has anyone had pain deep in their left calf? Mines the back but side of my left calf. And not only does it have a little pain, I’ll randomly also get a sharp type of shooting pain in that same area that goes away .

I can slightly slightly feel my left low side of my back have a tiny pinched feeling inside, and slightly some feeling going down the back of my thigh/side leg. But mainly it’s my calf. And when I get the sharp deep twinges of pain in my outer calf, every once and a while I almost feel down toward my ankle . This also happened to me two months ago also in my left leg.

anyone have any stretches or tricks / tips? Has this happened to anybody before ?

😭 I’m 25 y.o and broken.

(I did have a bulging disc at the age of like 17/18. So I can imagine it got worse because I suffer from achiness and pressure in my lower back (also makes the front of my thighs ache) (especially on period)
