I am feeling really proud of myself. From March to May I was fairly consistent. I was doing a Carolive Girvan program on youtube (100% recommend for anyone wanting an at home program that's free) and I really noticed fast results along with healthier eating. I fell out of it a little bit from june, july, and august. Back at it from August to October. If I had stayed consistent I would have seen the results sooner, but I'm just pround I didn't give up totally. The shorts I am wearing in the bottom picture (except the middle one) are the same. They are not as tight as they used to be and the waistband is actually loose. I had a c section last September and my c section shelf is finally slimming down. 💪😁🥰
