How do you prioritize your time to do list

I wake up do hygiene and make breakfast and I pick clothes to wear and get dressed get my child cleaned up dressed

Hygiene is an hour, then breakfast plus clean up two hours, getting ready an hour, and then thirty minutes drive to the store, one hour in the store, thirty minutes drive back then time to put groceries away and cook .

I don't know why but I feel worn out after this and there is this thing I have to do I have all these clothes I need to donate or sell and I don't make the time to do it it's been there for almost a year it's October a few months it's December then it will be next year. So I don't know how to set time aside to do it.

Because I'm like I have laundry, I'm going to clean, let's go out to the park, let's go out to the grocery store daily and I don't get much done.

Also with kitchen cleanup I get wore out to clean the bedroom what can help with that?
