Toxic relationships

So I have this friend of mine and she constantly talks about how her boyfriend is doing her wrong and he treats her horrible ( calls her fat , says she stink , etc ) and me being me is telling her to leave him and she always says “ she doesn’t want anybody else “ it’s so frustrating because I’d never put up w any of that idk how to help her or what to say knowing she’s just gonna stay with him and he’s gonna continue to treat her bad . She gets pregnancy scares every month but claims she doesn’t want a baby right now WRAP IT UP OR TELL HIM TO PULL OUT . I’m honestly sick of trying to help and be there if she can’t love herself enough I don’t understand it
