I had my baby almost 6 weeks ago. By the 3rd week I was mostly just spotting and didn’t even need a liner or anything. Starting last Wednesday I would get red blood again when I wiped and then it would happen one more time and go back to pink spotting. It’s been doing that every day since then. This morning I sat up and actually felt the blood come out like how you would with a period. Every time it’s happened there are small clots and sometimes tissue or something in the toilet. Is this my period already cause I thought pp bleeding is supposed to get lighter not heavier. (I had a c section by the way) I see my doctor this Tuesday but I’m worried until then
