Happy birthday!
Beckett Clay arrived 10/13 at 0812. 41 weeks + 1 day.
At my 41 week appointment, they thought they saw meconium on the ultrasound so they wanted to induce right away. Thankfully I was able to use a balloon Foley to dilate me from a 2.5cm to 4.5 and then manually breaking my water. No meconium seen! My body progressed on its own and ended up not needing Pitocin 🎉 . Overall wasn’t my birth plan but was a good experience!
