Does this look like normal healing?

Question

I’m mainly concerned about the whitish/yellow area. She’s 6 days old and it fell off last night on its own. It doesn’t smell weird or anything, it didn’t really bleed either. She has an appointment tomorrow but I’m a worrier lol. 
If it’s normal is she able to be normally bathed? I know you wait until the stump falls off but since it’s kind of open still should we wait?
Also I am definitely not pulling the skin apart, don’t worry.

Thanks everyone! Her ped gave us the go ahead to give her a bath today and see how it’s looking after. No infection but watching it closely🙂

It looks normal to me. Clean it and let it air out and make sure the diaper doesn't irritate it

My sons looked like this. I cleaned it out and it bled a little bit more the next day and was fine.

No it looks infected. I’d take her to her pediatrician, and just keep it clean and dry. Don’t submerge it in water, and just sponge bathe the area and then put aquaphor on it once you’ve patted it dry.
