I just got my first ever ultrasound, but it wasn’t what I expected.

Went in today for pregnancy confirmation via lab testing & ultrasound.

Doctor said it’s very early in the pregnancy & not to be worried and I’ll be able to see the baby when I get a transvaginal ultrasound done.

But I’m naturally just an overthinker.

Can only see gestational sac at the moment, then again I am 5’3 & 160 pounds so I’m not sure if being overweight has anything to do with it but I’m hoping I can see my little one in the next appointment 😩
