Has anyone ever had a “heavy” period and still ended being pregnant?

I did, heavy bleeding, bled through a super tampon in 3 hours. It was an ectopic pregnancy. The bleeding was from the baby implanting in my tube and my body being confused. The bleeding started on the exact predicted period day.

I had bleeding( which I thought was a period) lasted 5 days. First 3 days heavy-ish which is normal to me-last 2 were like barely anything. Around day 25 of that cycle I just had a feeling(I had been actively trying for baby) I tested & had a faint + I came to realize a month or two after that in late August I had my regular period & in the first or second week of September was the “other” period. Guess it wasn’t a period( perhaps heavy implantation or some other type of bleeding. So you could bleed & be pregnant but it’s just not a period; that requires uterine lining shedding & of course if it’s shedding nothing can grow since uterus has to prepare its cozy abode for egg to implant.
