Trying to get pregnant while breastfeeding

I am 11.5 months post partum. I really want to have another baby. I both nurse and formula feed my baby. We have been trying for so long!!! We try to go as much as possible during my ovulation week but nothing seems to be working out. I don’t know what to do! Is it hard to conceive while your nursing?!
