MCDA TWINS?

Hi all

I have recently had my twins they where born at 28 weeks gestation (prem babies)

I have been told all throughout they are MCDA and that they had 1 sac, 2 separate waters and 1 placenta

The day I had them via emergency c section I was told they where 100% MCDA but they had 2 placentas…..

I have tried doing so much research and I cannot find anything about MCDA twins having 2 placentas?

I was told today by nurses at the hospital that they could be a rare type of MCDA twins?

I am currently looking for the best place in the UK to do a dna test on them specifically for twins to tell me 100% wether they are identical or not.

Advise welcome

Thank you!
