TW! Is this normal?

Question

I was prescribed terconazole vaginal cream for a yeast infection I used it once and the next day (today) I have back pain and light bleeding. I’m 9 weeks is this normal or not?

Hard to say, I've had light spotting from a yeast infection before and if you're using those plastic applicatiors the ridges are super sharp and could have irritated the lining. My doctor also said not to push the applicatior in too far.
