Who watches the other kiddos?

I am beyond grateful we have family to help, but I hate feeling like a burden since they're on call for whenever bebe comes. If we didn't have them how does one go about having to go to the hospital to have a baby while you have 2 other little children needing to be taken care of?

My in laws will watch our other 2 kids. My MIL is familiar with my oldests school schedule and routine and has carseats in her car for them. She's been watching them more and more with this pregnancy because I have so many more appointments due to complications. It's almost like she's been practicing for the real deal the past couple of months.

My parents watched my two sons when I gave birth to my third so my husband could be at the hospital the whole time. 
I'm pregnant with my fourth and they have asked to watch my 3 sons this time but it will only be while the baby is being born. My 2 y/o is a handful, my 4 y/o is autistic, but my 5 y/o is a dream child. 
Hospital is 45 minutes away and my 5 y/o & 2 y/o get carsick. I think if I pushed it, I could get my husband to just drop me off at the hospital and come back but he of course doesn't want to miss the birth of his daughter. Hoping she's born during the day so my boys can just be home with him at night and then he can just come get us at release time. 
I hadn't had a plan for it at all previously because this baby was unplanned.

My husband had to watch our child when I gave birth to our second. We all went to the hospital and he stayed with her in the lobby. With our third birth my mil was able to watch our kids.
