Is it Normal for my Cervix to be low and firm at 4w4d?

I'm sure this is anxiety from two back to back early losses / chemical losses, and I can't remember much from my first two as I had them almost 7 and 8 years ago.

But is it normal for my cervix to still be shifting? I have a lower lying cervix anyways (not short, just pelvic drooping from 2 back to back kids in my early 20's). But I'm terrified that means my body is trying to prepare for AF instead.

I've had HCg confirmed at my fertility specialist. And I will go NOV 4 for my Sox week ultrasound.

I'm just trying to mentally survive until then. As I'm now completely off medical mj as well for my CPTSD.
