Pink blood while pregnant

So I’m currently almost 9 weeks pregnant, and today while using the bathroom when I wiped I noticed pink blood on my tissue. Looked similar to the blood I had usually before starting my period. I have no cramps. I do have a yeast infection. Which I’m not sure could also be a reason to why I’m spotting. I was in the ER Friday night due to some light spotting not as much as I had today. And the baby’s heartbeat was strong and everything looked good. Is this normal?
