Hello this is my first time using a registry in general ,

Does it notify me when someone buys the item, when it ships , or when I receive it ?

Does it take it off my registry when someone buys it ?

Does the person have to tell me they got it or will glow notify me ?

If I say I want 10 packs of diapers for example, will it till me the amount that people got ?

Just a bit confused and don’t want people purchasing stuff that was already bought ,
