Discrimination.?
So I work at a warehouse and I’m constantly lifting big heavy boxes all day. I’m 8w2d and my doctor put me on a 20lb restriction today. I took it to hr and they said my doctor is gonna have to fill out a questionnaire before they can approve my restrictions because they don’t accept doctors notes(I’ve never in my life heard of that),and if they can’t accommodate my restrictions I am gonna have to resign because it’s peak season and I don’t have enough leave time accumulated/I have been there under 90days about 63 days to be exact. I literally just left in tears because I’m saving to pay for my midwife and I’m trying so hard. Is this discrimination.?
