Advice - how to stop your milk.
Just looking for some advice on how to stop producing breastmilk? I've breastfed and formula fed for the past 4 weeks but due to recurring mastitis and for my mental and physical health we've decided to stop. Baby is already used to formula. I know I can't just stop so will still pump but looking for tips to help stop producing milk. Thank you 😊
