I was sitting on a chair and bent down to grab something next to me and felt a sudden pain in my upper stomach, above my uterus I think. It felt like my rib had rolled over my uterus or stomach. It was a sudden sharp pain. An hr later I have brown spotting. I messaged my midwife who said to keep an eye on it and monitor for bleeding (more than spotting), worsening pain or any other concerns.so am just waiting it out right now.

Has anyone else had this? Baby is still moving around like mad as I am resting.
