I had a second ultrasound today and the saw a healthy fetus measuring 7w 5d But then in my left ovary I didn’t look good.

This is the finding:

Trace subchorionic hemorrhage.

AND

Small echogenic focus in the left ovary measuring 0.8 x 0.6 x 0.8 cm, artifact versus tiny fat-containing lesion. Close attention on follow-up study.

I do have a history of endometriosis and cysts I’ve had two surgeries. The first surgery was a few years ago and they removed endometriosis.the second surgery was mostly separating my uterus from other organs as it was starting to adhere and they assumed I had some cyst that had burst because everything inside looked “really angry“z

This morning is making me extremely nervous I already live without a thyroid because I had some massive nodules that thank God came back non-cancerous but I don’t know what this means as anybody else had this happen is it gonna affect my pregnancy? I called the office and the receptionist wouldn’t let me talk to a nurse she was extremely rude and told me to read the results myself and I just I’m sitting here crying.
