Two LH surges?
I had a vacuum procedure on 10/5 for a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. On 10/17-10/18 I felt like I was having ovulation cramping and got a positive OPK on 10/18. Last night I was also having similar cramping so I took another OPK this morning and also got a positive. I am doubting I’m ovulating twice so what could be the reason? My body just kind of messed up from the missed miscarriage??
