What can cause someone to feel like they are sleepy

No medication No drugs no alcohol but the feeling is like if you have ever smoked marijuana like that but you haven't smoked marijuana in years and you are going through your day when out of no where you feel like you are high and feel sleepy.

Get some bloodwork done… make sure you’re not anemic and that your thyroid isn’t underactive.

Chronic fatigue, low iron, anemia, sickle cell anemia, thalassemia, caffeine withdrawal, blood sugar, blood pressure, pulmonary issues, dehydration, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, lack of sleep, depression the list goes on and on.
