When did you stop testing?

I’ve been so nervous about having another loss I’ve tested everyday sometimes twice a day to make sure the line is getting darker. Im 17dpo and Im going out to buy more tests🙃. Tell me I’m not alone!

One and done. Testing constantly must be stressful. Another test isn't going to say whether or not the pregnancy is viable since hcg can stay in your system after a miscarriage.

I used to test all the time, but it caused more stress to be honest. Don’t forget the hook effect may effect your tests so don’t worry if the line appears lighter soon 😊

You’re definitely not alone. I peed on like 50 sticks because I didn’t have any pregnancy symptoms and couldn’t believe my eyes 😂 After my third beta, I stopped because I was like ok, this is real. Woo hoo!

I stopped testing after day 1. I did the whole repeat testing thing in my last pregnancy and looking back I really wish I hadn’t. It became unhealthy and caused me so much more stress than it did reassurance, and tbh, from 99% of the repeat test posts on this forum, it does for most other women too.

As someone who has had a lot of chemical pregnancies I tested every other day from 8dpo until I was 23-24dpo I definitely understand the struggle of making sure you’re test are getting darker. Ps.if you haven’t already, the easy@home pregnancy test are great to buy for cereal testers like us cheap and comes with a lot
