How certain is this ovulation?

I have pcos and luteal phase defect so I need to start progesterone. How certain does this ovulation look? Am I good to start?

Ovulation is confirmed yes. If temps stay higher (can rise and fall), take a test.

Hard to say for sure without all the prevoulation temps. I understand though, this month I am starting to get sick of temping. Since months and months of temps haven’t meant anything so far. Good luck

I also have a luteal phase defect and start progesterone.. I think you’re clear to start but I see you marked something different on todays temp.. was there a reason your temp might’ve been lower?
