10 Month Old Standing on Tip-Toes
. Should I be concerned?

My 10 month old son almost always stands on his tip-toes. He can not stand without support yet but when we hold him in a standing position or when he is in his exersaucer, he is on his toes. I have tried to manipulate his feet to a flat position but he rarely does it or only stands flat for a few seconds. Should I be concerned?
Please advice?

My kids walked on tippie toes than realized it doesnt work :)

I would tell his pediatrician about it, but a lot of kids do that before they get the hang of the hole foot 😊

It’s very common at that age. If it persists and continues into toddlerhood/childhood and it is regularly occurring, then it can be a sign of autism. 
Bring it up to your child’s pediatrician so it can be noted and followed up on, but don’t fret now. It’s a completely normal part of his learning process.
