Any moms do activities with their kids alone?

I’ve been taking my daughter out but I always end up doing things alone with her. My bf is always tired from work, sleeping during the day (he works nights), or out for work.This makes me feel worse because im pregnant with our second and I can already feel how much more lonelier I’ll feel with 2 kids and no emotional support. When I bring it up to him he tells me how I just make him feel bad for working so much when he does it for the kids but he forgets I also have a full time job and being a mother it’s a job in itself. Am I just overreacting?
