Do I have wavy hair? - I don’t know what group this should be

This is my hair after a shower just not washed and scrunching the water out. Is my hair wavy? I don’t know how to take care of it.

Definitely wavy! Welcome to the club 👋🏽 wavy hair is notoriously hard to care for… it took me until I was in my 30’s to learn, but here’s my best tips:
Wash less that you think, condition more often, Wavy hair is usually a little drier than most and it can get frizzy if you overwash. I usually just wet mine and condition a couple times a week and wash once every 10 days or so. Your hair will naturally adjust over a few cycles so if it seems super oily at first just hang it there and wait it out.
Experiment with products. Every wavy/curly head is so different. What works for someone might not work for another person. You just have to try a bunch of different things and methods and see what works best for your hair. Don’t be intimidated by the textured/black hair care section, either. I actually only shop from there.
Scrunch with an old t-shirt, not a towel. And NEVER rub dry. And flip your hair upside down to scrunch so the top doesn’t get matted down to the top of your head. 
Put product in soaking wet hair. You don’t need to dry at all- just slather it on from tips to roots as soon as you turn the water off
In the shower. 
If you’re going to use heat at all, use a diffuser on your hair drier. I personally don’t use any heat, but if you are a diffuser is the only way to go!
Lastly, sleep with your hair in a bun on the very top of your head to help keep your curls fresh day after day. It’s called a “pineapple” and it really does keep any creases & kinks from a hairband out!

Make sure your hair is wet but not too wet. Just wet enough when you scrunch it it makes a squishing noise if that makes sense. Get a leave in conditioner or curling styling cream. Get a curly hair brush, I got one from cvs. Apply the cream and then brush through your hair. Scrunch in a curling gel. Lay a shirt down on ur bed and turn your head upside down and plop your hair in the middle of it. Tie it up and let it sit at least 20-30 min. Take it down and with the same shirt scrunch the rest of the moisture out. Also when 75% dry flip hair all to one side. Switching it from left side to right side every now and then for volume. Once dry take ur fingers in the roots and fluff it out a bit by scrubbing your scalp! I have curly hair and starting my hair journey mine looked like ur when wet.
