I am super confused! I had a weird 3 day period on Oct.

14th and am already getting very positive pregnancy tests. I thought the 3 day period was a fluke and thought I was further along then I was since I was counting from my full period in sept. When I got a sonogram there was nothing to show and my doctor said it was far too early to see anything. I just feel like it’s way too soon to have such a positive test. This has never happened before. Anyone else experience this or have any thoughts on what’s going on? He checked for an ectopic but there were no signs or concerns that led to that.
