Last Friday was our 12 week ultrasound. They said there was some concerning fluid/swelling around the baby and referred us to an MFM. We had our appointment yesterday and the fluid had gone down but they saw some other concerning things. The baby’s fist on one hand was clenched and their legs were moving but not bending properly. Almost like their joints weren’t functioning. They also had what they thought was a missing nasal bone. They ordered genetic testing because they think it might be an indicator of Trisomy 13 or 18. Did anyone have a similar experience? Just trying to find some hope
