Can you feel Braxton hicks in your back? I keep getting what feels like contractions (feels like pressure and sharp pain) in my back that stop me in my tracks. Pain is maybe a 4/10 and I actually went to the er to make sure they weren’t actual contractions and they told me everything looked fine. That I wasn’t dilated or showing any signs of labor. I asked if it could be Braxton hicks and the ob there said Braxton hicks are painless but most likely the pain is coming from her head being down (but my baby is breech) I just have a bad feeling that I’m going to go into labor early.
