I was curious if anyone wrote birth plans for their hospital stay. Mine really isn’t a birth plan because I’m having a scheduled c-section so that’s already planned. But I guess more request of what I’d like…

For example:

- no visitors except Husband & daughter z

-skin to skin contact as soon as possible…c-section delivery delays a lot.

-Wanting to breastfeed so I may need help from a lactation specialist seeing how with my 1st I was so young (22) and had little knowledge or help.

-in c-section just my husband in room

Not sure what else would be needed if anything.

Also, unsure who I’d even give the birth plan or requests to.
