My TTC checklist. What else are y’all doing?
Interested in what you all are doing! Here’s my crazy ttc list of things I’m doing to hopefully conceive this cycle and get my July baby🤰🏽💕 I’ll update after I test on Nov. 14🤞🏽
1. Daily food-based vitamin. I use mykind organic. I use natalist brand for methyl folate and omega 3
2. Taking inositol and d chiro inositol for fertility along with coq10
3. Daily organic smoothie for me and my husband with: spinach, broccoli powder, broccoli sprouts, banana, blueberry, maca, collagen, organic food based protein powder, flax, chia, walnuts, cinnamon, and almond butter
4. Drinking 2 cups of raw whole milk
5. Half a cup of coffee instead of my 2 cups 😭
6. Lowering my stress with work
7. Walking daily for 90 minutes
8. Eating healthy all day and balancing blood sugar. Not eating junk food (this one is hard)
9. Having sex a lot! And <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> with LH tests, <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> etc.
10. Only using nontoxic products on my body
11. No alcohol (I quit last year after realizing how unhealthy/dangerous it is, ttc or not. Please read the new study that cnn published if you are a heavy drinker!)
12. Using a nourishing belly oil just in case it’s our month!
13. Drinking fertility teas here and there
14. Eating in alignment with my cycle
